Insurance information

Book a new patient appointment online

Masking is optional at all MWHC facilities. However, if you or your child are experiencing respiratory symptoms on the day of your appointment, we kindly request that you wear a mask. This is to ensure the protection of yourself, fellow patients, and our staff. Additionally, we allow up to two support persons or parents to accompany the patient inside our office.
