Bhavin Suthar, MD,FAAPMR
Dr. Bhavin Suthar specializes in nonsurgical treatment of spine and joint disorders utilizing minimally invasive procedures, with a multi-disciplinary approach for optimal care. Dr. Suthar is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and holds subspecialty certification in pain medicine by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Suthar also has subspecialty certification by the American Board of Pain Medicine, making him triple board certified in his specialty.
Before settling in Virginia in 2006, Dr. Suthar was the Medical Director of the Pain Management Department at Singing River Hospital System and President of the Mississippi State Pain Society.
Dr. Suthar understands what it’s like to experience pain. In 2004, he herniated a disc in his neck and received an epidural steroid injection which helped to resolve his pain. Following his injection therapy, he was able to resume the activities he enjoys, such as golf, travel, and spending time with family.
Dr. Suthar was named a Top Doctor in 2024 by both Northern Virginia Magazine and Virginia Business Magazine.
