Eric Fletcher

Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer

Eric Fletcher is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Mary Washington Healthcare. In this role Eric oversees corporate strategy, business development, marketing and communications. Eric joined Mary Washington Healthcare in 2009, after 15 years in healthcare administration at High Point Regional Health System in High Point, North Carolina.

Eric received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master of Business Administration from Elon University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a master examiner with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program. Eric has been honored by industry colleagues with lifetime achievement awards by both the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic Societies for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and was inducted into the Hospital Marketing National Hall of Fame.

Eric is active in our community serving in numerous board leadership roles including the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Fredericksburg Regional Alliance, and the Living Water Community Clinic.
