Reggie Pearson

Senior Vice President and
Chief Hospital Operations Officer

Reggie Pearson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Hospital Operations Officer of Mary Washington Healthcare. In this role, Reggie has administrative oversight for the health system’s hospitals.

Prior to joining Mary Washington Healthcare in 2024, Reggie was with Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. as Vice President of Operations, and Vidant Health in Greenville, North Carolina as Senior Vice President of Operations.

Reggie is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. He began his career as a Radiologic Technologist in the United States Air Force. Reggie holds an undergraduate degree in History from North Carolina A & T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina; a Master of Arts in United States History and Doctorate in the History of Science, Medicine and Technology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.
