This is a virtual class held on Microsoft Teams. Participants will need to make arrangements to pick up the class book and materials prior to the class date. Books will not be mailed.

Participants will need to have access to a computer/laptop/tablet with camera and microphone.

This class is offered to expectant parents who cannot attend the full three-session course. This class covers the basics of labor and delivery process, relaxation techniques, Cesarean birth, and what to expect during your hospital stay.

Moms are encouraged to sign up for classes during their second trimester. Classes fill quickly.

Cost for the virtual class is $15 per person/couple. Medicaid patients pay only $10. Payment will be collected when you call to register for the class.

Classes that are 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. are 2-night classes.

April: All-day class
