Colleen Class, DMSc,MSPS,PA-C

Colleen M. Class, DMSc, MSPS, PA-C is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical and medical assistant roles. She completed her Doctor of Medical Science degree from Shenandoah University in April 2024, having earned a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in December 2023. Colleen previously graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Minor in Psychology from Old Dominion University in 2017.

Her diverse clinical experience spans various specialties including general surgery, women’s health, plastic surgery, emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and podiatry. Colleen has gained hands-on experience assisting in surgeries, conducting patient exams, performing procedures, and providing patient education.

She has worked in high-pressure environments, including the Salem VA Medical Center and Martinsburg VAMC, and has demonstrated proficiency in both patient care and clinical documentation.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Colleen has a strong background in medical assisting, serving as a Medical Assistant at Prince William Urology and as a Chief Scribe at Scribe America. She has volunteered in several healthcare settings, contributing to patient care and community health initiatives.

Colleen is certified by the NCCPA and holds various other certifications, including ALS/BLS and Mental Health First Aid. She is an active member of the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants and has demonstrated leadership in academic and extracurricular activities, including serving as Vice President of Event Planning for Pi Beta Phi and Vice President of Academics for the Panhellenic Council.
