Dong Lee, MD

Dr. Lee joined the practice in August 2008 and sees patients part-time, two days per week. He is not accepting new patients.

Board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, Dr. Lee earned his BA from UC Berkeley in 1994 and his MD from SUNY Brooklyn in 1998, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He led the gastroenterology clinic at the National Naval Medical Center and served as an Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. Dr. Lee has received several military honors, including the Army Commendation Medal and Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

He is skilled in colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, and high-resolution manometry. Recognized as one of the region's top gastroenterologists by Northern Virginia Magazine since 2012, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and twins.
