Francine Smith, FNP-C

Francine is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She brings over 30 years of nursing experience caring for patients through rehabilitation, the critically ill, and cardiovascular patients. During her years as a nurse, she was also entrusted with the responsibility of managing teams of nurses in acute care settings.

Francine, her husband, and son moved from New York City to Virginia in 1997. She then pursued her master’s in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Francine has always abided by high standards to care for patients as though they were a personal family member. She is an active listener and is delighted to serve the cardiovascular population in this area, as this specialty has always been an area of particular interest and passion.
