Kristine C. Timerson, NP-C

Kristine Timerson, NP-C, earned her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2010 from Tidewater Community College in Portsmouth, VA, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, VA, in 2013. With seven years of experience as a registered nurse in cardiac progressive care and stepdown units, she has developed a deep expertise in critical care. In 2018, Kristine completed her Master of Science in Nursing from VCU.

As a nurse practitioner, she has specialized experience in internal medicine and cardiology, particularly focusing on congestive heart failure. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Kristine is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Cardiology, and the Heart Failure Society of America.

Outside of her professional life, Kristine enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
