Lindsey Pagano, FNP

Lindsey Pagano is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and utilization review. Previously employed at Centercare/Peds Plus Primary and Urgent Care in Fredericksburg, VA, she provided immediate medical care for acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, including performing minor procedures such as suturing and incision and drainage of abscesses.

Before transitioning to her FNP role, Lindsey worked for 10 years at Mary Washington Hospital, focusing on orthopedic and trauma care. She held various leadership positions, including charge nurse, and also worked in a pre-operative setting in same-day surgery.

In addition to her clinical practice, Lindsey served as a Team Lead in Utilization Review at McBee Associates, where she reviewed hospital stays and surgical cases for multiple healthcare systems across the U.S. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Old Dominion University in 2023, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from James Madison University in 2017, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Germanna Community College in 2012.
