Sarah Casanave, PA-C, completed her undergraduate degree at NC State University in 2019 and worked in the emergency department prior to starting her Master's program in Physician Assistant Studies at East Carolina University. After graduating from her PA program in 2023, she relocated to Fredericksburg, Virginia to join Mary Washington General Surgery.
Additional interests within medicine include preventative care, nutrition, travel medicine and wilderness medicine. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, and outdoor recreation.
