Wendy Acolatse, FNP-BC

Wendy Acolatse is a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 20 years of experience in nursing, specializing in critical care, patient assessment, and treatment. Wendy is dedicated to delivering individualized care, ensuring that each patient is treated with respect and dignity, while collaborating with interdisciplinary medical teams to provide the highest quality of care.

Wendy’s career began as a Registered Nurse in Ghana, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later pursued a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, becoming board-certified in 2023. Wendy has worked in various healthcare settings, including the Critical Care Unit at Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA, and as a Nurse Manager at Ridge Regional Hospital in Accra, Ghana.

Her clinical expertise includes patient advocacy, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), diagnostic procedures, and the management of critically ill patients. Wendy is passionate about promoting patient well-being and creating personalized care plans that involve both patients and their families.

In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and continues to be dedicated to enhancing patient care and expanding her medical knowledge.
