Alissa Agnew Alissa Agnew, PT, DPT

Alissa Agnew is a licensed Physical Therapist. Alissa’s focus is on neurological treatment for various disorders including, but not limited to stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, oncology based conditions, and balance impairments. She has experience working in pediatric settings with individuals with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, down’s syndrome, and general developmental delay. Alissa is passionate about helping her patients reach their highest level of functioning and improve their quality of life. She is certified in High-intensity gait training (HIGT) for stroke recovery.

Phu Le Phu Le, PT, DPT, COMT

Phu Le is a licensed Physical Therapist who has worked at Mary Washington Healthcare for over 20 years. He is a certified orthopedic manual therapist and provides dry needling to address trigger points and myofascial tightness. While Phu treats a variety of injuries and conditions, his area of specialty is the treatment of back and neck pain and dysfunction. He continues to see opportunities for learning and growth in the physical therapy profession and is passionate about providing the best care for his patients.

Stephanie Pellar Stephanie Pellar, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA

Stephanie Pellar is a licensed Physical Therapist. She is a board-certified geriatric specialist and is certified in Advanced Lymphedema Management. Stephanie’s areas of interest include head/neck lymphedema, post-mastectomy syndrome, lipedema and axillary web syndrome.

Emily Robleza-Garalde, OTR/L, CLT Emily Robleza-Garalde, OTR/L, CLT

Emily Robleza-Garalde is a licensed Occupational Therapist certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and certified in Clinician Oncology Rehab/STAR Program (Survivorship Training and Rehabilitation). Emily's areas of interest include oncology, lymphedema, and neurological conditions.

Davina Filion, MS, PT Davina Filion, MS, PT

Davina Filion is a licensed Physical Therapist. She is also a certified athletic trainer. Davina has worked as a traveling physical therapist in various settings including various outpatient neurological and orthopedic clinics as well as some acute rehabilitation hospitals. During her years traveling, Davina volunteered with Health Volunteers Overseas to provide physical therapy services to a third world hospital in the West Indies. Davina has worked as a physical therapist for over 20 years and has been with Rehabilitation Services of Fredericksburg since 2016. Some of Davina’s additional training includes being an NDT and Neuro-IFRAH trained therapist.

Katherine Rose, OTR/L, CSRS Katherine Rose, OTR/L, CSRS

Katherine Rose is a licensed Occupational Therapist. She is a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist and is certified in Physical Agent Modalities. Katherine’s areas of interest include neurological conditions, orthopedic/hand conditions, fractures of the upper extremities, arthritis and more.

Erin Kelly, OT Erin Kelly, OT

Erin Kelly is a licensed Occupational Therapist and is also a certified hand therapist. Erin’s areas of interest include fractures, tendon injuries, acute and chronic pain, and orthopedic pre/post operation injuries on fingers, hands, wrists, forearms, and elbows.

Hannah Delgado, MS, CCC-SLP Hannah Delgado, MS, CCC-SLP

Hannah Delgado is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Hannah has experience providing speech-language pathology services to the following adult outpatient populations: stroke, traumatic brain injury, concussion, dementia, head and neck cancer, and neurodegenerative diagnoses. Hannah is certified in LSVT-LOUD (for treatment of symptoms related to Parkinson’s Disease).

Matthew Tatu, PTA Matthew Tatu, PTA

Matthew Tatu is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in neurological rehabilitation. He has experience treating patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions including chronic/progressive disorders and joint replacement surgeries. Matthew has additional specialized training in oncology rehabilitative care, as well as the Parkinson’s LSVT BIG program.

Frank Otley, PTA Frank Otley, PTA

Frank Otley is a Physical Therapy Assistant with 29 years of experience in Orthopedic Physical Therapy practices. Frank is certified in the Hesch technique (SI joint treatment), Astym and IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization). His primary areas of interest include rehabilitation of running injuries and treatment of chronic headache conditions.

Ebony Booker is a Rehabilitation Technician. Ebony has 20 years of experience in Physical, Occupational and Speech Language as a technician. She enjoys seeing the progress and improvement that patients make in their therapy journey. Ebony is always amazed at what a life changing thing therapy can be. In her down time, she enjoys reading and crafts.

She enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs in her free time. Sharon also enjoys going to Fredericksburg Nationals games, movies, and hiking.
