Nina Bowers and Pam Kestner are the Bari-Bestiez. They both had bariatric (weight loss) surgery with Dr. Halmi at Mary Washington Weight Loss Center (WLC). They met in the walking group organized by the WLC and became instant friends. They are now on a journey together to support other weight loss surgery patients, with a Facebook group that spans the globe.
