The City of Fredericksburg will be doing sewer repair work on Cowan Blvd.
for three weeks beginning October 21, 2024. The road will be closed between
Hospital Drive and Snowden Hills. In order to access Mary Washington Spine
and Rehabilitation, you will need to turn into the Mary Washington Hospital
campus on Hospital Drive. You will then turn left on Care Way and take
your first left to access the parking lot from the rear.
We recommend accessing Hospital Drive from Route 1. If you are in the Central
Park area, you will need to drive around the back of the MWH campus via
Fall Hill Avenue and Mary Washington Blvd. in order to access Hospital Drive.
