Ellen's Story - Get a Colonoscopy

When Ellen wasn't feeling well, she made time for her health and scheduled an appointment for a complete physical. After several tests offered no explanation for her constant fatigue, a colonoscopy revealed Ellen had colon cancer. Now cancer-free, Ellen thanks her surgeon, Richard Fortunato, DO, FACS, FASCRS, and her care team at the Mary Washington Healthcare Regional Cancer Center.
